Chunkies is a soy-based food that is 100% natural making it ideal for people on a plant-based diet. Deliciously flavoured with Tumeric and Paprika this product contains no MSGs making it a healthy natural alternative with absolutely no nasties.

Unlike other soy-based mince, this product is a wholesome chunky soy and is similar to chicken and meat. Just add vegetables and serve with rice, pasta or someting similar for a healthy delicious meal.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Empty the 90g packet into a medium-sized pot containing 300ml of water. Add finely chopped vegetables if you wish.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring to prevent burning.
  3. Bring to a boil and then simmer until the soya chunks are tender and the sauce is a thick consistency.

Serving Suggestions:

Add finely chopped vegetables. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or simply serve on its own.
